Keep an eye on Gnomemeeting NG, this devel version supports SIP and H.323 protocols.

I think Vonage dominates in residential Voip as well as Bsiness Voip. I was skeptical at first to switch to Business Voip but am so happy that we did. The savings are tremendous!
